Elevate Research Group, doing business as Yukon Vapor, operates a retail vape and smoke shop with two locations: 8002 NW 39th Expressway, Bethany, OK 73008 and 1300 W. Vandament Ave., Suite 2401, Yukon, OK 73099. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our store, use our website, or place an online order.

Important: Yukon Vapor is a separate retail entity from Elevate Dispensaries. This policy applies solely to the vape store. Nicotine and accessory products sold here are not cannabis products and are not subject to OMMA regulations.

2. Age Verification

All purchases — in-store and online — require age verification confirming you are 21 years of age or older. Online checkout requires an affirmative age confirmation. In-store purchases may require government-issued ID. We do not retain copies of ID documents.

3. Information We Collect

• Online orders: Name, shipping/pickup address, email address, phone number, and payment information (processed securely through Stripe — we do not store card numbers)
• Five Stars loyalty program: Name, phone number, email, and purchase history to track and apply rewards points under your Yukon Vapor — OK account
• Website visitors: Browser type, pages visited, and general location through standard analytics. No advertising trackers.
• Communications: Contents of any emails or calls you initiate with us

4. Payment Processing

Online payments are processed through Stripe and Sezzle. We do not store your full card number, CVV, or banking information on our servers. These processors maintain their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance. By completing a purchase, you also agree to the applicable processor's terms.

5. How We Use Your Information

• To process and fulfill your order (pickup or delivery)
• To operate and credit your Five Stars rewards account
• To send order confirmation and shipping/pickup notifications
• To contact you if there is an issue with your order
• To comply with Oklahoma state law regarding age-restricted products
• To improve our website and product offerings through aggregate analytics

6. Information We Do Not Sell

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Your purchase history and contact information are used only to operate our store and loyalty program.

7. Delivery & Shipping Data

For local delivery orders, your delivery address is shared only with the staff member completing your delivery. Addresses are not stored beyond the active order period unless you have an active loyalty account.

8. Data Retention

Order records are retained for a minimum of two years for accounting purposes. Loyalty program data is retained for the life of your account plus one year. You may request deletion of non-legally-required data at any time.

9. Your Rights

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of any marketing communications at any time

10. Cookies

Our website uses a session cookie to maintain your shopping cart during your visit. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels are used. Cart contents are not retained after your browser session ends.
